The recipe for its preparation is secret, the result of a bold intuition on the part of pharmacist Francesco Peloni. The harvesting of some of the medicinal herbs used in its preparation takes place on the slopes of the mountain of the same name, which reaches 2900 meters above sea level. The Riserva version, presented here, is distinguished by a long stay (24 months) in Slavonian oak barrels and careful filtration, which aims to achieve the quintessence of pleasure.
