INDICATIONS: Through compresses and poultices, it deflates the painful part and provides muscle strengthening and absorption of inflammation, decreasing recovery time. Apply directly to well-cleaned skin until desired thickness is achieved. On areas covered with hair, a thin gauze can be placed between the poultice and the skin. For best results, it is good to secure the poultice with a bandage to keep it firm. The duration of application varies from half an hour to two hours. Remove the poultice with water when it has turned hot from cold or when it "pulls" the skin.
