Use The fondimiele is started by the thermostat on the box, the indicator light inicates when the machine is running and lights up when it reaches the set temperature. Turning the knob clockwise causes a click that starts the fondimiele by setting the temperature to a maximum of 45°C. To have an even liquefaction of honey, it is recommended to move the honey fondimiele from bottom to top taking care not to force it because liquefied honey can damage the heating element. IMPORTANT do not turn on the fondimiele if the probe is not in contact with the honey (the bronze ferrule must be in contact with the honey)
