C). Smoking, alcohol, coffee, pollution, stress, but also very intense ?sical activity contribute to lowering endogenous Vitamin C levels and limiting its absorption. In all these cases, it may be helpful to supplement the amount of Vitamin C normally taken in the diet. HOW TO USE 1-2 tablets daily, taken with a little water or other liquid, between meals.
