The tray, has excellent aeration and can hold up to 800 gr. of pollen. The professional pollen trap also comes with an anti Asian wasp net.The anti wasp net, lowered allows the bees to enter and exit with much more peace of mind since, the Asian wasp or velutin wasp cannot attack the beesThe trap is made entirely of 100% recyclable food grade plastic material, assembled without the use of screws, nails or toxic glues.

Varroa i fights them more effectively by zeroing out the winter brood. From this observation comes the Menna cage, designed and patented by Vincenzo Menna: a practical device that promotes the queen's rest in the colder months, and that brings all the varroa present in the Beehive more easily out into the open. The period of use varies from northern to southern Italy, but indicatively the first days of November will be the most suitable to start caging, and mid to late January those for caging. Considering that a regular family goes into production in 60 to 70 days from the release of the queen, it will be up to the beekeeper to adjust the period.
Beetle Blaster is a NON-chemical trap for trapping and monitoring Aethina Tumida The trap should be placed between the frames as shown in the photo; multiple traps can be inserted depending on the infestation or the size of the Beehive. The bees try to drive away the beetle that tries to hide in the traps attracted by the dark entrance holes; it is thus trapped in the liquid inside (about 25-30 ml of mineral oil, apple cider vinegar or vegetable oil).It is recommended to keep the trap for no more than 2 weeks and monitor.Once the trap is full remove it by lifting it with a lever on all sides and slightly widening the frames to facilitate the operation.
