The 250-kg format is the medium size, but it has all the quality of Lega materials and workmanship.The ripener is compatible with Lega stainless steel mesh filters, to carry out the first filtration of honey after honey extraction. In this way it is possible to pour honey to which larger impurities have already been removed, such as pieces of wax, wood, or organic parts of bees.It is possible to purchase the stand for the ripener, so that the ripener can be raised off the ground and honey can be poured into jars or tin via the tap.
