The principle of its operation is the vaporization of acaricide product inside a stainless steel coil made red-hot by a gas burner. By pressing and releasing the feed pump button, the product mixed with kerosene oil is taken from the tank and forced into the red-hot coil where it evaporates immediately and exits under pressure through the nozzle. Each vaporized dispensing takes no more than 2 seconds of time. By introducing the ferret nozzle inside the Beehive's small door and pressing the button, the dose needed for a treatment is administered. Heating of the coil is achieved by a burner fed by a camping-gas cartridge. The substances that can be sprayed are the same as those traditionally used in acaricide and bactericide treatments (e.g., thymol). These substances should always be diluted with kerosene oil or demineralized petroleum.(Not suitable for use with oxalic acid!) It is recommended that the coil be emptied and the unit thoroughly cleaned after EACH use, BEFORE turning it off in order to avoid clogging the coil and sprayer. To do this, remove the yellow canister and press the dispenser button repeatedly until the pump is empty and no spray is still coming out, at which point it is advisable to do a few pumps with only diluent without medicine; then close the gas nozzle.During this operation, move the Ferret to different positions in order to get all the fluid left in the coil out. It is also recommended to disassemble and clean the sprayer frequently. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE By pressing and releasing the button, the product is sent to the coil, where it vaporizes instantaneously by escaping from the sprayer as a vaporous cloud and entering the Beehive. Each vaporized dispensing takes no more than 2 seconds to complete. Steam moisture is determined by the frequency of pumping; pumping at 5-second intervals is recommended. To put in the butane cartridge make sure the regulator is tightly closed; unscrew the red container , insert the cartridge into it and screw it all the way back in. Fill the yellow container with the liquid needed for treatment by filtering it if there is any impurity, then screw the container tightly to the handle. Place the ferret on a flat surface, light a match by bringing it close to the metal guard open the gas valve using the gas regulator. Ignition should occur immediately. Allow the device to preheat for about 2 minutes. Then start the treatment. When the steam becomes moist, stop pumping by letting it escape on its own, then press the button at longer intervals. When the treatment is finished, remove the yellow container, press the dispenser button until the pump is empty and no more spray comes out, then close the gas nozzle. IMPORTANT IMPORTANT Always mount the butane cartridge away from flames or heat sources, replacement can only take place when the cartridge in use is completely empty. The ferret runs on butane gas, in 190-gram cartridges.

Cómo realizar el tratamiento 1) Conecte los terminales a la batería, respetando la polaridad (rojo+, negro -). Después de aproximadamente 1 minuto, se puede llevar a cabo el tratamiento. 2) Vierta 2,5 g. de ácido oxálico con el dosificador para Nuclero de 10 cuadros, reduciendo la dosis a la mitad para Nuclero de 6 cuadros. 3) Por término medio después de 1 ½ minutos puede cambiar a otra Colmena; se recomienda no apagar la máquina durante la serie de tratamientos. 4) Apague la BioletalVarroa® sólo al final de la serie ininterrumpida de tratamientos, para evitar el sobrecalentamiento de la cubeta y el consumo innecesario de energía. 5) Para facilitar el uso, molestar menos a las abejas y proteger mejor al apicultor, recomendamos hacer un agujero (45x12mm) en la parte trasera de la Colmena, a ras de la red inferior, y realizar el tratamiento a partir de éste, teniendo cuidado de cerrar la entrada/salida de las abejas del paso con un paño durante unos 5 minutos. Esta abertura, después del tratamiento, puede cerrarse con una simple chapa metálica. 6) Para realizar el tratamiento desde la entrada/salida de las abejas del escalón, es aconsejable trabajar con un listón de madera o un paño.

Cómo realizar el tratamiento 1) Limpie los cuadros centrales de residuos de cera y propóleos, donde se colocará el evaporador.2) Ponga la Colmena "en burbuja". 3) El evaporador "BioLetalVarroa fórmico" dispensa una cantidad muy pequeña de ácido fórmico (de liberación continua), suficiente para romper gradualmente la Varroa naciente, y no; por lo que es aconsejable realizar un tratamiento con ácido oxálico sublimado (se recomienda el sublimador BioLetalVarroa), para romper la máxima cantidad de Varroa fuera de la cría y continuar, 3-4 días después, con el tratamiento utilizando "BioLetalVarroa fórmico".4) Llenar el dosificador con la cantidad necesaria para un único tratamiento de 25 días, es decir, aproximadamente 360 g de ácido fórmico al 85%, a través de los dos orificios previstos para alojar las esponjas, colocándolo verticalmente y, a continuación, cerrarlo con los dos tapones previstos en el envase hasta su colocación en la Colmena.55.) Cuando compruebe la gota de Varroa, se recomienda no limpiar la bandeja de Varroa con un cepillo, sino trabajar con un recogedor o posiblemente usar una máscara protectora, para evitar inhalar cualquier residuo de ácido oxálico.6) Coloque el dispensador encima de los marcos en el centro de la familia, retirando las tapas de los extremos e introduciendo las dos esponjas en los orificios previstos, encajándolas verticalmente hasta que toquen el fondo.7) Cierre la colmena con la tapa invertida si está equipada con un marco de 55 mm. En caso contrario, añada un marco del mismo tamaño y cierre la colmena normalmente8) Para funcionar en condiciones óptimas, la Colmena debe protegerse con un aislante (se recomienda poliestireno s20-25mm) para evitar el sobrecalentamiento inducido por el sol, permitiendo así que el evaporador funcione exclusivamente a la temperatura natural de la familia de las abejas. 9) Para el tratamiento de los núcleos, el procedimiento es el mismo que para las colmenas. Sin embargo, se recomienda cerrar uno de los dos orificios con el tapón, introduciendo sólo una esponja de evaporación en el segundo orificio.10) Si las condiciones climáticas inducen un sobrecalentamiento excesivo, que no puede reducirse con el aislamiento, se recomienda acortar la altura de las esponjas, comprobando que la evaporación diaria no supera los 14-18 g.11) Una vez finalizado el tratamiento, se puede vaciar el recipiente del ácido residual, que puede reutilizarse para otros tratamientos.
